Preparation of the Quote

In order to prepare each quote it is necessary to speak with the client and research the deeds of the property and the adjoining parcels. Upon completion of this research the surveyor can better understand the specific needs of the client and exactly what is required to perform the job. Generally this process takes a total of 2 to 3 hours. There is no charge for this research or quote.

Acceptance of the Quote

After the receipt of the signed quote and payment, the client will be put on a work list. All work is done in the order in which they are received.
The signed contract protects the client and the surveyor. The contract guarantees the work will be performed in a timely and professional manner.

Once the quote is accepted, my main concern is doing the job to the best of my ability. I will not cut corners in order to keep the job under budget. Your price does not change.
