Subdivisions

All subdivisions require approval by the township or county Planning & Zoning Office. Also the sewage enforcement officer will need to be contacted prior to the subdivision being submitted for approval. It is highly recommended that all survey maps be recorded at the courthouse.
Please Note:
If you are comparing prices, please be sure that you are also comparing the same services. Not all companies offer the same type of work. For example, setting corners, marking lines, or final map.
